~Please read carefully, by ordering on this website or from me through an email, or social media, you fully agree with the following terms.

General Terms

Dolls come blank and ready to custom with a free pair of eyes and a carrier cushion BUT, I do offer a face up service. BUT ATTENTION PLEASE : all the face up are hand painted by ME. I am one person and a face up requires a longer delay for your delivery. Thus the face up option increase the delivery time from 1 to 2 extra months.

I accept Paypal, all major credit and debit card, as well as Klarna as a payment method.

If a collector decides to try to get their money back after receiving the dolls, or during the preorder's delay because they changed their mind; by lodging a false Paypal claim or any false complaint through any other payment method; they will automatically be banned from future purchases. I will accept no excuses for such behavior.

The very few issues my collectors whom I love so much and I am so grateful for; have had, in my 20 years being a dollmaker, been resolved satisfactorily when my collectors emailed me.

All my dolls are hand sculpted by me, then sent as prototypes to China to my manufacturer who produces them in environmental resin, which is stronger and harmless for health.

The production delay from my factory is about 4/6 months after the preorder closes. This is the ordinary production delay. It also depends on the number of dolls ordered, that can extend the delay. To this, must be added the time for me to receive them, string them and ship them if they are ordered blank. Painting them for dolls ordered with a face up, takes longer.

For the "IN STOCK" dolls, the shipping takes only a few days once balance is fully paid., if the doll already has a face up or is ordered blank. For blank dolls requiring a face up option, I will need the necessary time to complete the painting before shipping.

Once your order placed, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final and NO PAYMENT NOR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE NOR REUSABLE FOR ANOTHER DOLL.

Deposits and previous payments are LOST after 40 full days without payment on your layway.

For dolls "on sale" with a discount and on a layaway, no previous lost deposit nor payment can be used towards these dolls.

If the layaway payments are interrupted for 40 full days, the order is cancelled and in case of repurchasing the dolls, the discount doesn't apply anymore.

About the Postal Service

I cannot be held responsible for Postal troubles, loss, strike, delay. Though if you ever have an issue with the delivery of your doll, (which almost never happens) you MUST contact me through my email twarkzit@hotmail.com; so I can find a solution for I never let one of my collectors dissatisfied. In case a collector would receive a damaged parcel, a postal complaint must be lodge by the collector in order for me to ask for insurance in case of damage to the doll, supported by pictures ( which never happens neither, but who knows...) 

If the tracking number shows that the parcel has been delivered, no complaint, no refund, nor replacement will be issued.

All damaged parcels delivered and accepted without postal complaint cannot be the subject of a claim towards me. However, if your doll is damaged during transport, please contact me RIGHT AWAY after receiving it, with pictures of the damage. I of course will help you and do my best to replace the broken little one ^^

WORLDWIDE, NO COLLECTOR OF MINE WILL BE SUBJECTED TO TARIFF BEFORE OR UPON ARRIVAL. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL COST. (pretty sweet, eh?)

Layaways

Please, use the LAYAWAY PAYMENT METHOD if you require one.

I do offer layaway formulas which are very flexible. They can be done through Klarna, at the checkout; or through Paypal.

Klarna will take care of your layaway if you choose that method. The installments can go up to 24. Your doll, if already in stock, or when it arrives at my place; will be shipped to you as soon as I receive the payment.

For a Paypal layaway, the collector needs to send me an email at twarkzit@hotmail.com; stating which doll(s) they want and how lany installments; I then will send a paypal link to subscribe the layaway through paypal. Once the first payment is initiated through the subcription link, I will take the doll out of my stock and website for she is officially sold.

If a payment is past due over 40 days on the Paypal layaway and I have no news from the collector : The order will be automatically canceled and the doll put back in the stock and on the website.

No order is valid until you subscribe to the paypal link for your first payment.

No doll will be shipped untill its full balance is paid.
